As our company grows and scales, we are excited for a Technical Project Manager to join the team! H2Ok’s Technical Project Managers are responsible for implementing H2Ok’s technology, ensuring project success. You will be the primary point of contact for multiple customers who are scaling H2Ok globally. Every H2Ok deployment has an assigned Account Manager (AM) and Project Manager (PM). AMs are sales team representatives, while PMs are responsible for leading project implementation. Every deployment also has supporting Applications Engineers (hardware, software, data analytics). You will be the liaison between customers and H2Ok’s engineering team. You will represent the customer and resolve pain points as fast as possible. You will also communicate customer needs and requests back to the engineering teams to help develop our products. It’s critical that you understand the first principles behind our technology & can clearly communicate technical requirements. The most important part of this role is the organization of many concurrent projects with many specific technical details (OT/IT, P&IDs, PLC, SCADA). You will be in charge of running weekly meetings, tracking progress on gantt charts, walking through H2Ok’s tech deck, and sending next steps via follow-up emails. You will coordinate closely with H2Ok Applications Engineers to identify installation locations (P&IDs), gather necessary information for ML model building, and present customer data analytics. You’ll also work closely with the Sales team to generate business reports and evaluate deployment success criteria. Finally, you’ll coordinate closely with factory process engineers and quality assurance managers. You will be the point of contact both internally and externally for this account and will need to have a thorough understanding of each facility’s operations.
